Mission Accomplished, Part Deux

I read at Little Green Footballs that in one of his first acts as President, President Obama declared a full and unconditional surrender by the United States of America in the global war on terror.

In the shiny happy land of Hopenchange, we have no need for these antiquated measures of “security:” Bush’s ‘War’ On Terror Comes to a Sudden End.

Key components of the secret structure developed under Bush are being swept away: The military’s Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, facility, where the rights of habeas corpus and due process had been denied detainees, will close, and the CIA is now prohibited from maintaining its own overseas prisons. And in a broad swipe at the Bush administration’s lawyers, Obama nullified every legal order and opinion on interrogations issued by any lawyer in the executive branch after Sept. 11, 2001.

Great news for you folks in New York City, L.A., Miami, Vegas, or where ever else that is targeted for extinction. There will be no schadenfreude here after you are wiped out.

smoke much? You are so paranoid. Did you read that washington post article? What was good or right about what Bush had done. Do you know anything? It disturbs me to read these kind of right wing blogs where the writer seems to forget any notion of histry/historical cause and effect and reacts this way. I don't mind right wingers as long as they do some reading and discovering and thinking.
