We were 25 of 44. Paul's ribs came in 9th.

Martin's chicken was really good, but didn't score well. My brisket kind of sucked. I am bowing to the pressure and will inject it next time.

I'll be doing a solo rib contest October 4 in Lodi.

Still, you scored better than (more or less) half of the teams. That´s pretty good, considering that this was something like your fifth competition.

No shame in flubbing the brisket. Everyone knows that it´s the most difficult cut to smoke well.
